Public bodies that own or operate water or sewer infrastructure in Oklahoma — cities, towns, rural water districts, public-trust authorities, and government or public-trust districts. Not sure if you qualify? Submit anyway and we'll follow up.

What projects qualify

Water and sewer capital projects — treatment, distribution, collection, storage, lift stations, meters, and related infrastructure. OWRB funds water and sewer only.

Which program fits

  • CW SRF — sewer and wastewater
  • DW SRF — Drinking Water
  • FAP — water and sewer loans
